Think Pilates but with a tiny twist...

Our Pilates Fusion class is grounded in traditional mat Pilates with a refreshing mix of low-impact functional movement to keep things dynamic, modern and fun. You’ll activate deep core muscles, improve posture, stability and mobility while sculpting long, lean muscles. 

Expect an effective 40 minute full-body burn, funky music and plenty of variety in this feel-good Pilates flow that’s both challenging and super supportive.

All levels welcome with modifications offered - Please BYO mat and towel.

*Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for pregnant clients however, we would love to have you join us for slow flow yoga and yin yoga if pregnant.
