We'll move under the trees with a mix of exercises that leave you feeling strong and super stretched.

Come for the workout, stay for the tunes, and connect with the crew as we head to the local coffee shop after class! This pop- up event is a one off special but feel free to use any of your 4 or 8 class packs to join in the fun. 

New clients welcome and suitable for all levels with modifications offered. The stunning outdoor area at this location is used in spring/summer when the weather is fab. 

**Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for pregnant clients.

As this is expected to sell out, a cancellation fee of 1 credit (or $20 if on a membership) will be charged for any cancellations within 3 hours of event start time.
